Welcome to Get Up and Co

Get Up & Co is a UK based training and consultancy company dedicated to working with businesses that offer traineeships, apprenticeships and work experience placements to young people entering the workforce and adults looking to change their career path. We also provide JNC Youth Work  qualifications for Youth Workers who are looking to become professionally qualified in their field  and advice, guidance and support to organisations working with or wanting to engage with their communities through Co’s training, mentoring and coaching services.
